AH- Choo!

So this potty training a girl thing is much easier than potty training a boy. Lil Miss is completely trained during the day. She wakes up and asks for her underwear right away. She does not like to wear diapers at all. I can't wait to train Miss Smiley now!
Took Miss Smiley to the Dr yesterday and she hated me. The nurses had to put this little thing on her heel to see how much oxygen she was getting, let me tell you, she is a fighter. She squirmed and fought and the nurse had to bring another nurse in so 2 of us could hold her down and one of them could hold that thing on her heel. Then they had to swab her nose for RSV-yea that was hell too. Then I had to take her to Xray to check out her chest but since I had Buddy and Lil Miss with me I couldn't stay in there with her- but I could hear her letting the Xray girls know she was anything but pleased being in their little contrapment. Soon enough though, we were back in the Dr's office and he comes in and tells us that she tested negative for RSV, no signs on the xray of pnemonia-but- he's going to treat her as if she has both b/c he, like myself, did not like the sounds of her. So now we have to do breathing treatments. Yea, that doesn't work by me trying to give it to her by myself. Like I said before~ SHE IS A FIGHTER!!
Smarty Pants went to stay with my parents for a couple of days so he has a better chance of not getting what we have (just the normal cold/flu). I am happy that they offered. I couldn't imagine the pain of a sore throat/cough on top of having your tonsils out. He better be doing his homework though!!
Doughman and I had some damn drama the other day~ his LRC only lasted him a couple of days. The damn thing started but the ignition switch broke so as soon as you would let go of the key it would turn off. Well, I am pretty sure that driving while holding a key would be a little difficult- so we called the guy we bought it from and he comes to make sure that that is what it is and then calls us back and says he'll fix it for $200. Are you freaking kidding me? Sure we only paid $600 for this LRC but now after only driving it for 2 days we need to have it fixed. NOPE. The guy that sold it to us is a mechanic. Just fix it. He also wanted his rims back and was not going to give us the title to the car until he had those. Well, we offered the rims for a new ignition switch-nope. So he calls back a little later and offers to buy LRC back for $600- deal. Washed our hands of that crap when we could. Now we are back down to one vehicle. Hopefully Doughman starts working from home really soon.

As women, we HAVE to keep going. It's genetic. Who else is going to take up the slack if we happen to get sick? NOONE, that is who. Hang in there, take time to wipe your nose and that of the three children that are sick and call when you need to yell!

Stay at home mama who sometimes (frequently) loses her cool, demands attention, lacks adult conversating, loves to coupon, to 4, yes FOUR wonderful, over-stimulated children..aka The Crazy Bunch-(Smarty Pants, Buddy, Lil Miss, and Miss Smiley). Oh yea, and a super-duper loving yet, semi-lazy husband (Doughman). Did I mention he is awesome and loves me soooo much. And my sisters cat(Pukey). Names changed to protect the innocent!!
